By proceeding with this order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package Pickup: You are responsible for leaving your package in a safe and secure location for pickup on the next business day perferably front porch. Please put any special instructions in the comments section of order form. Our courier service will not be held liable for any loss or damage to packages that are not securely placed.

2. Weight and Value Limitations:

   • Packages must not exceed 10 lbs in weight.

   • The total value of the package must not exceed $50.

3. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited and must not be included in any package:

   • Flammable materials

   • Ammunition

   • Firearms

   • Tobacco products

   • Illegal substances​

By using our courier service, you agree that the company is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during the shipment process, unless otherwise specified by applicable law. We recommend that all items are properly packaged and insured, as we are not responsible for items damaged due to insufficient packaging or handling. The company reserves the right to refuse or delay delivery based on unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or incorrect addresses. ​​

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your pickup and prohibit future services. The courier service reserves the right to refuse or return any package that does not adhere to these guidelines at the costs of the customer.
